Unfortunately, managers are the individuals most likely to come across a curmudgeon. This Seminar will provide practical tips on how HOA managers and Board Members can work with a curmudgeon HOA owner and how to ensure that a curmudgeon HOA Owner does not ruin everyone’s quality of life; ruin everyone’s relationship with the Board of Directors; or cause potential legal liability.
