6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20 at the Community Design Studio, 7506 E Indian School Rd.

The seminar will cover administrative processes at the Arizona Department of Real Estate, adjudicative processes at the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings, and case law and statutory updates. This will be a hybrid class. INSTRUCTOR: Greg Hanchett, interim director of the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings and Augustus Shaw from Shaw & Lines Law Firm.

Fair Housing lawsuits and Attorney General complaints are something no HOA/Condo association wants. Unfortunately, it is easy to violate Federal and State Fair Housing Laws if you do not fully understand them. This seminar will discuss Federal and State Fair Housing Laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act and how to avoid Fair Housing lawsuits and Attorney General complaints. This will be a hybrid class.
