**Webinar** Who’s Responsible For That? Owner vs. HOA Repair, Maintenance and Insurance Obligations.
Thursday, September 27, 2023 at noon via Zoom
This seminar will provide guidance on how to determine whether the HOA or the Owner is responsible for the maintenance, repair, replacement and insurance requirements of certain items in the HOA and on an Owner’s property. For example, who’s responsibility is it to repair roof leaks in a condominium? If a flood happens on the common areas and damages a home, who’s responsible for the damage? How does insurance play a role? All of these issues and more will be addressed. Please RSVP to diane@shawlines.com or call (480) 456-1500 ASAP. Seating is limited!
